The spiritually-infused album is connected to the traditions of Minas Gerais and Latin American music, to the cults of Afro-diasporic religions, and to the possibilities of popular song. The work represents the artist's search for her own beliefs, so each track was named a "prayer".

The album's sound was enriched with the help of illustrious collaborators. It features the Mexican artist Silvana Estrada , fellow Brazilians Maurício Tizumba, Sérgio Pererê , and Rainha Isabel Casimira , as well as an orchestra composed of 19 instrumentalists. The work includes collaborations with Julia Branco, Luizga, Thiago Amud, and Vovô Bebê . A highlight is the duet... with songwriting partner Lara Rennó .

By mixing string arrangements, Cuban drums, the Congado from Minas Gerais, electronic interference, and her songwriting talent, the artist achieves a high level of spirituality through music.
