“Bossa Sempre Nova” (2026) marks the artist’s return to the club, which had already presented the same “ Escândalo Íntimo” in the NRC+ #007 edition, released last year on vinyl.

Including “Chico” — which marked the connection between Luísa and Menescal — as well as 13 re-recordings and one unreleased track, Bossa Sempre Nova is a tribute to the style. Developed in partnership with two legends of Brazilian music, Toquinho and Roberto Menescal, the album brings together re-recordings of classics of the genre, including “Águas de Março”, “O Barquinho” and “Consolação”, released in 1963 by Baden Powell and Vinicius de Moraes, in addition to an original track by the composer.

“I’m a really crazy fan, even the personal Luísa. I’m a huge fan of Bossa Nova as a whole, not just the artists but the entire movement,” Luísa emphasizes in an interview with Noize.
