Celebrate Gal Costa's 80th birthday with the vinyl of "Estratosférica". Ten years after its release, the album remains relevant and significant in the singer's discography, forming a trilogy that began with "Recanto," marking a renewal of the Bahian singer's repertoire.

Bold and pop, the "Estratosférica" project marked Gal Costa's 50th career anniversary, introducing her to a new generation of listeners. Daring from its conception—just like the artist herself—the project brought together 30 composers from different generations, who created original songs especially for her.

The repertoire is a powerful mix of veterans and then-newcomers to Brazilian music, with Gal acting as a link between these voices. Participating artists included Caetano Veloso, Mallu Magalhães, Marcelo Camelo, Antonio Cicero, Marisa Monte, Milton Nascimento, Criolo, João Donato, Céu, Tom Zé and many others.

Produced by Alexandre Kassin and Moreno Veloso and with artistic direction by Marcus Preto, the sound explores pop, rock, and samba. The NRC+ edition also features a new addition: the tracks "Átimo de Som" (Zé Miguel Wisnik/Arnaldo Antunes), "Muita Sorte" (Lincoln Olivetti/Rogê), and "Vou Buscar Você pra Mim" (Guilherme Arantes), pressed on vinyl for the first time.
